How do i set the backround on my samsung sway to fit the whole screen?

the backround on my samsung sway only covers half the screen. theres a space at the top and bottom... how do i set it so it fits the whole screen? i already tried settings, display settings, wallpaper but it just goes to my pics / my videos

i have the samsung sway too, and i have the same problem. i figured out that if you have your friend with a different verizon phone send you the photo you want, it sometimes will fit the whole screen.
