How do I keep my LCD monitor from streaking when I clean it?

Whenever I clean off my LCD monitor, it leaves streaks behind - not really visible, but noticeable when the monitor's off.

I currently use special wipes for it (Lcd Screen wipes that I bought from MicroCenter) and a soft cloth (it's an iMac; it comes with a cloth recommended for cleaning). Still streaks.

1: Dry dust lightly first.
2: With the monitor off, spray water on a clean wipe (I'm not sure you need the special ones, but go with those if you have them).
3: Wipe off the monitor without pressing too hard.
4: Dry with a soft dry cloth.

If you still have streaks, repeat.
